Private Voice Lesson Plans in Garland, TX, and Online
Personalized weekly training for children, teens, and adults with vocal specialists who hold a Master of Music in Vocal Performance or higher.
The right lesson is not simply a length of time. It is a plan.
VOCES does not place every singer into the same curriculum. Your age, vocal development, experience, goals, repertoire, learning style, and weekly availability all influence the plan we recommend.
Some students need a focused introduction to healthy singing. Others are ready for detailed technical work, demanding repertoire, or professional preparation. The Initial Vocal Assessment allows us to make a thoughtful recommendation before you commit to monthly study.
Lessons Designed Around the Singer
How Enrollment Works
• Submit the assessment request form and tell us about the student, goals, and general availability.
• Complete a 75-minute Initial Vocal Assessment with Dr. Santelices for $125.
• Receive a recommended plan and faculty placement based on the student's needs and current availability.
• Confirm a recurring weekly lesson time and begin monthly study if the recommendation feels right for you.
Completing the assessment does not require you to enroll in monthly lessons. It gives you and VOCES the information needed to make a thoughtful decision.

Private Study
with Dr. Santelices
Private study with Dr. José Miguel Santelices is offered separately from the standard faculty plans and carries a different rate. His private studio is currently full, and new students may request waitlist consideration. Dr. Santelices continues to conduct every Initial Vocal Assessment and personally recommends faculty placement across the VOCES team.
VOCES Monthly Plans FAQ
Can I choose my plan without an assessment?
1
All new students begin with an Initial Vocal Assessment. The assessment helps VOCES recommend the lesson length and faculty placement that best fit the singer's needs.
Do you offer lessons every other week?
2
Monthly plans reserve a recurring weekly lesson time and are not offered on a bi-monthly schedule. Limited à-la-carte lessons may be available at a higher per-lesson rate and are scheduled around regular students.
Can I take additional lessons before an audition or performance?
3
Additional coaching may be available depending on faculty schedules. Ask your instructor or the VOCES team as early as possible when preparing for a deadline.
Regular students are invited to participate in VOCES performance opportunities according to readiness, repertoire, and event requirements. Your instructor will help you determine the right opportunities. An extra fee will be processed to your account to cover related logistics.
4
Are concerts included?
Are online students eligible for the same plans?
5
Yes. Foundations, Performance, and Mastery training can be offered online when the format is appropriate for the student's age and goals.
You do not need to know which plan to choose before contacting us. Start by telling us about your voice, your goals, and your availability. We will help you take the next step.
